Cancellation Policy

Our sex doll products are made to order, they are made in China and shipped from China. Kindly note that the production of your order will begin within a window of 5 to 24 hours from the time you place your order, taking into account the timing of your order placement as well as the operational hours of the factory.

Please be aware that for customized sex dolls, if production has already begun, cancellation may not be accepted due to the personalized nature of the product. We kindly request that you refrain from placing any orders until you are absolutely certain of your selection. Once you proceed with payment, we expect your full commitment to maintaining the order without any cancellations.

In case you wish to cancel your order, and if production has not yet started, you can receive 95.5% refund excluding the credit card/PayPal processing fee 4.5%.

In the event that production has already begun and if we agree to cancel the order, please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

In the event that we need to cancel your order, you will be eligible for a full (100%) refund.

Please keep in mind that the refund process typically takes 3-10 business days to complete and the exact arrival time of the funds depends on your bank.

Return Policy

Upon receiving the package, we kindly request that you carefully inspect the doll from head to toe before using it. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 48 hours. To assist us in addressing the matter, we encourage you to provide as much detail as possible, including any relevant images or videos, and we will promptly work towards resolving the issue.

In the following situations, we will resend a new product, replacement parts, or partial/full refund:

  1. If you receive a doll that appears significantly different from the images provided by the factory or on our website, please provide us with an unboxing video showcasing the entire body, head, shipping label, and outside package box. We will investigate the issue with factory and shipping carrier, and subsequently arrange for a new correct doll to be sent to you.
  2. In the event that your package is received with severe damage, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will arrange for a new replacement part to be sent to you. For minor damage, we will provide you with the necessary kits to assist you in fixing the issue.
  3. In the event that your package is lost during transit, we take full responsibility and will remake your order and arrange for its prompt reshipment or send full refund.

Typically, returns are not accepted for adult products as we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers. We understand that purchasing a doll previously used by others is not acceptable. However, if you have a valid reason for a return, please reach out to us for further instructions. It is important to note that the doll must be in brand-new, unboxed condition for a potential return. If the return request is approved, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs as well as any relevant import duties/VAT in the destination country.
